First and foremost, Lili was easy to reach, either through phone or email. Unlike many other companies, I never had to wait for an eternity to get in touch with a real person. Each time I called, she promptly answered with a friendly and knowledgeable attitude, eager to assist me. The level of professionalism displayed by the Lili was remarkable. Love GoldenTrust, had an excellent experience ..highly recommend I had an experience with lily for health insurance and Lianet for car insurance and they were both amazing and very efficient. they did not care what time it was even late at night.. just to find what worked best for me.
